Essay

In dissertation the results of research of problem of forming of variant skill are analyzed for young sportsmen in table tennis as a ponderable index of the functional state of sportsmen - tennis players of the different age-related groups on the different stages of long-term preparation; it is educed that the use of trainer with the change of length of working area of table is the formative factor of optimization of having a special purpose exactness of studies and perfection of technical actions. The worked out structure of sectional construction of annual educational-training process is in table tennis taking into account educational activity of general school, optimal volumes and intensity of the training loading are certain for young sportsmen on the stages of preliminary-base, it is specialized-base preparation in table tennis. Realizable researches consist in development of theoretical and methodical bases of perfection and studies technicians of table tennis, conducted previous and basic pedagogical experiment, in teaching of the functional state, special physical preparedness of sportsmen - tennis players on the basis of research of features of construction annual block educational - training cycle, and also in the theoretical analysis of the obtained data. This methodology can be used in most sporting games, where as a formative factor (increase of having a special purpose exactness of blow), forming of skills comes forward for sportsmen on the basis of the use of the specialized trainers, which provides the considerable increase of efficiency of training process without the increase of volume and intensity of the training loading.
