Essay

The comparative analysis of professional activities impact on the level of formation of psychological readiness of Ministry of Emergencies of Ukraine. It is shown that professional activity negatively affects on the motivation and scope of regulatory staff based on professional experience in extreme conditions. The training program of psychological readiness of employees of Ministry of Emergeneies of Ukraine, is author developed the objective is the optimization of structural components of psychological readiness for professional activities.
