Object of Research: chronic osteomyelitis of lower extremities. Purpose of Research: to improve the results in complex treatment of chronic osteomyelitis of lower extremities based on using intra-arterial prolonged therapy in combination with high intensive and low intensive laser radiation. Methods of research: general clinical, roentgenological, bacteriological, immunological, digital and statistical processing of the dada received. It is established that patients with chronic osteomyelitis of lower extremities have depression of immune protection what causes the lowering of antimicrobial resistance of the human organism and the development of secondary infectious complications is the reason of endotoxicosis initiation that causes autoimmune reactions forming. For the first time developed methods of regional intra-arterial prolonged combined therapy of chronic osteomyelitis of lower extremities using blood and bone-marrow channel irradiation with low intensive laser radiation. For the first time studied the results' dynamics of the endogenous intoxication, results of immune protection of human organism and free radical oxidation of lipids among patients with chronic osteomyelitis of lower extremities - while using proposed medical technique. First developed methods of open and closed (paracentetic and through skin) sequesterectomy using high intensive laser radiation. Introduced method of treatment the chronic osteomyelitis of the lower extremities presents the possibility to create and support for a long time maximum remedy concentration directly in the nidus of suppurative-necrotic inflammation and to avoid difficult traumatic surgical access. Results of the research are implemented in practice of surgical department of the office clinical hospital of Uzhhorod Railway Transportation, department of nidus surgery of Uzhhorod Central City Clinical Hospital, Department of nidus surgery at A.A.
