Essay

The dissertation is sanctified to the Substantiation of operating modes and design parameters vibrations-pneumatic stowing machine with ring ejector. Research object: processes of moving of attle in the field of action of vibroaerodynamic forces and mutual action of blasts at their mixing at the beginning of a transport pipeline. Article of research: office hours and structural parameters of VPM with ring ejector at loading and vibropneumatic portage of attles and mutual action of blasts at their mixing in ejector. Research methods: analysis and generalization of results of the known researches, phenomenological going near application of positions and methods of classic mechanics and gas dynamics. Set at speed of vibrations portage a more than 0,15 m/s linear dependence of length of area of stabilizing and middle rate of movement of air-fuel mixture on a loading area from the parameters of vibroaerodynamic influence. Straight proportional dependences of the productivity of VPM are set with ring ejector to the expense of the given compressed air at maximally possible distance of portage and accordingly losses of energy on mixing of blasts from the angle of slope to the ring crack of ejector to direction of portage. Practical value of the got results: at the level of copyright certificates the structural charts of the ring ducted devices are worked out; worked out and inculcated on the enterprises of GP Donetsk Coal Coke Company, GP DUEK, GP DonGiprouglemash, GP DonUGI methodology of calculation of VPM with ring ejector. Job performances can be used: at further development of theories of vibrations portage (friable) of attles by the options of the ducted type and mutual action of gas streams in ring ejector; by mountain enterprises and project organizations which engage in technologies of conduct of mountain works with the book-mark of mine-out space.
