The dissertation is devoted to organizational and economic forms of internationalization of university activities in the context of globalization. In this scientific paper analyzes the theoretical concept of the roles of universities as the main institution of education and science in Ukraine, as well as in social development. The features of the functioning of universities in post-industrial paradigm, well-grounded direction of the activization of the Ukrainian universities in the context of achieving a competitive status in the global environment. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of contemporary forms of cooperation between universities and businesses in the global space, as well as analyze tendencies of highly professional training.
