Korynevych A. The Place of International Energy Law in the System of Contemporary International Law.

This dissertation reviews the place of international energy law in the system of contemporary international law. The establishment and development of international energy law, institutional mechanisms, sources of international legal regulation of relations in energy sphere, system of contemporary international law are analyzed. It is established that international energy law satisfies all the criteria for separation of branch of international law which can be found in the doctrine. It is underlined that determination of international energy law as the branch of contemporary international law will increase the role of international public legal regulation of relations in energy sphere.
