The psychological essence of concepts "professional communication of the inspector of the state fire service" and "communicative competence of the inspector of the state fire service during professional communication" is specified in the dissertation, requirements to communicative competence of SFS inspectors are scientifically proved. It is proved, that SFS inspectors with the 5 years experience of work have more optimum number of the personal features promoting effective and constructive communication which is shown in real situations of interpersonal interaction. The structure of the personal features of SFS inspectors influencing process of interpersonal interaction changes with increase in the experience of work
