The thesis says that the main reasons influencing effectiveness of the process were organizational and pedagogical conditions (improvement of the training system control on the basis of logistics principles ; organization of systematic confirmation of the motivation of future officers in mastering of high level knowledge in the field of economic logistics; test monitoring of training quality and development of professional ability; integration of financial, economic, military and technical, military and economic, information and computer, command and control, psychological and pedagogical directions of training; readiness of teachers to formation of professional training of future officers in the field of military and economic logistics on the basis of their professional and personal improvement) and the model of formation of professional competence of logistics officers.
