Essay

In the dissertation on the basis of ethnodemographycal statistics, sociological survey and the results of author's own field researches the character and specifics of the Kyiv students' ethnic identity are revealed. The role and place of the students' ethnic identity are viewed from the ethnological theoretical and methodological approaches. The place of the studentship in the ethnic and demographical structure of the Ukrainian society is explored.
