Nikolajesku I. The Development of Professional Image of Social Pedagogue In After-diploma Education.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of development of professional image of social pedagogues in after-diploma education. The author analyzed the content of the following notions as "image", "professional image". Author's definition of the notion "social pedagogue's professional image" is formulated, the structural components of which are cognitive, emotional and functional. The pedagogical conditions development of professional image of social pedagogues in after-diploma education are investigated. They are: organization of educational process based on the usage of personality-oriented approach in studying; social pedagogues' possessions of the meanings of effective development of professional image on the basis of interactive forms and methods usage in educational process; creation in after-diploma institutions favorable emotional atmosphere for active self-expression; implementation to educational process in after-diploma institutions special course "Social Pedagogues' Image". The author determined criteria, rates and levels of professional image of social pedagogue development in after-diploma education.
