Essay

The thesis is devoted to the actual problem of formation of future engineers-pedagogues professional competence by means of the problem-playing studies. The research deals with the problem of formation of future engineers-pedagogues professional competence. The investigation gives concrete meaning of the notions "professional training of engineers-pedagogues", "competence", "professional competence". The main special professional competences of an engineer-pedagogue of the direction have been determined. Structure, criteria and indices of determination of professional competences formation are determined. The complex of pedagogical conditions is revealed and the effectiveness of forming the studied phenomenon is experimentally tested.
