Linichenko D. International legal mechanism of trade dispute settlement in the framework of World Trade Organization.

The thesis is the first monographic study, which was the first in Ukraine at the general theoretical level that considered the complex of issues of theoretical and practical nature, connected by the settlement of trade disputes within the activity of the World Trade Organization. The thesis for the first time at the present stage of the development of Ukrainian Law gives the grounds for the concept of "an international legal mechanism of settlement of trade disputes within the World Trade Organization", its characteristic features and peculiarities. The thesis analyzes the practice of settlement of disputes within the World Trade Organization, determines typological characteristics of trade disputes arising between participants of the international relations as well as determines the nature and ways of resolving disputes. The author made a suggestion based on the study results concerning the practice of the improvement of the international law and the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine.
