Vytkalov S. Artistic life of Rovenschiny in the period of state independence Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted the exposure of features of cultural and art development of Rovenschiny under act of social and political transformations, what be going on in an edge in connection with proclamation of state independence Ukraine. Attention is accented on the role of the special education, folk-lore sources of modern artistic life, roles of national menshinstv in questions revival of own cultural traditions, museum establishments in a process maintenance of cultural legacy. On the example of functioning musical, theatrical, the cinemas-photos of art open up the feature of cultural revival of Rovenschini. The role of festival motion and his role is analyzed in the maintenance of national and cultural traditions, the most perspective forms of cultural maintenance of population, arising up in this period, are considered. The special attention is spared opening of role of mass medias in stimulation of cultural activity in an examined period. Obosnovann conclusion that national and cultural changes, arising up in Ukraine after 1991, rendered substantial influence on development of spiritual life western - Ukrainian territories, activated cultural and art activity of population.
