Antonets A. Forming future managers' predictive skills in agrarian educational establishments.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of forming future managers' predictive skills in higher agrarian educational establishments. The thesis analyses the extent of development of the issue; discovers and experimentally checks the psycho-pedagogical conditions that help to effectively form predictive skills; develops and motivates an organizational and functional model of forming predictive skills. The model is being implemented with the help of individual research exercise system, economy-mathematical tasks, business games, topics for students' research work. It is based on the usage of methods of interactive studying, usage of computer-oriented means of studying and students' research works. The thesis experimentally checks the effectiveness of the developed model during the studying of natural-scientific and common economy training disciplines; develops and implements guidelines for the effective forming of future managers' predictive skills in agrarian higher educational establishments.
