Dissertation is sanctified to research of problem of developing a flair to self - organization for the future officers of border guards. Essence, structure and features of self - organization of border students-guards, is educed. The psychological mechanism of influence of self - organization of border students-guards is certain on forming for them professionally important lines. The features of self - organization are exposed as a factor of success of studies of future border officers-guards. In the process of empiric research the psychological-pedagogical terms of developing a flair are reasonably and experimentally tested to self - organization with the aim of capture future professional activity, and also - professional self – development of personality of border student-guard. The model of the personality-oriented development of capacity is worked out for self - organization of future border officer-guard.
