Essay

In thesis the theoretical analysis of the problem of creativity has been carried out, structural components and mechanisms of a creative component of professional thinking, and also the basic psychological and pedagogical peculiarities, factors and conditions assisting its development with regards to the future teachers within the process of training have been defined. Among the revealed psychological and pedagogical conditions of its development the key points have been determined as following: realization of advanced function in the educational process of educational establishment; scientifically substantiated decomposition of general aim into concrete qualification requirements to the graduate; orientation of educational process towards students as future experts; formation of the experts as persons in professional educational process; intensification of students' training; construction of teaching and educational process on the basis of modern psychological and pedagogical technologies, management of teaching and educational process by teachers who are to possess professional skills and high pedagogical culture. The program of development of a creative component of future teachers' professional thinking has been developed and experimentally verified.
