Fedorov O. Forming of enterprise culture of designer in the conditions of private higher educational establishment.

The paper is devoted to the problem of forming of enterprise culture of students-designers in private higher educational establishments. In the dissertation the philosophical, culturological, socioeconomic, aesthetic-technical and psychological-pedagogical literature is analysed and the essence is specified, the structure, criteria and indices of enterprise culture of designer are developed and scientifically grounded. The experience is studied and the features of professional preparation of students-designers in the conditions of private higher educational establishment are defined, pedagogical diagnostics of the levels of forming of their enterprise culture is carried out, and also the pedagogical system of process of its forming is modeled. The pedagogical conditions and technologies of forming of enterprise culture of designer in the process of study of socioeconomic and professionally oriented disciplines and author's special course "The modern enterprise culture" in private higher educational establishment are found out.
