Essay

The dissertation is devoted medico-legal diagnostics of remoteness of formation of damages of a skin and muscles at their simultaneous injuring with use of an experimental and medico-legal material. As a result of work medico-legal criteria which are based on cytophotometric definition of change of the maintenance of proteins in the sarcoplasm of muscular fibres and collagen І-th type in the derma of the damaged skin during the first days after injuring are as a result offered. The analysis of the statistical medico-legal data of the Kharkov regional bureau of a forensic medical examination has shown that from all cases of violent death on a part of a mechanical trauma it is necessary about 40 %. And, in overwhelming majority of cases (90 %) it is judicial-investigating bodies bring medico-legal experts an attention to the question on an establishment of prescription of formation of bruises. At medico-legal research (examination) of alive persons about presence and character of available damages such question is put in 100 % of cases. Histological research of a skin and a muscular fabric at a bruise has given the chance to track dynamics of development of traumatic process on changes: a false skin (an attenuation, the secondary alteration, regenerator giperproliferation); collagenic fibres of a derma (inspissation and a thickening) and muscular fibres (presence and absence of cross striation, character of kernels of muscular fibres). On the basis of cytophotometric definition of optical density in a sarcoplasm of the injured and control fields of is cross-striped muscles in experiment by us use of a relative index for levelling of specific features in optical density sizes in a sarcoplasm of myocytes is offered. On the basis of values of a relative index the injured and control muscles within the first days after an intravital trauma 4 hour seasons are evolved. On a basis imunogistochemical definitions of the maintenance of collagen of 1st phylum in a derma at damage with luminescent visualisation dynamics of changes of collagenic fibres within 24 hour is tracked. After a trauma in the form of a relative index of a luminescent luminescence which is the attitude of value of intensity of a cold light in a derma in damage to value of intensity of a cold light in a derma of a control extremity. On the basis of values in intravital bruises of a skin 4 hour seasons within the first days after a trauma are evolved. The Comprehensive approach which is based on comparison of a microscopic pattern, values of indexes in dynamics of posttraumatic changes in a skin and muscles at their simultaneous injuring, allows to formulate criteria of prescription of formation of a bruise which has been put throughout 24 h. вefore death.
