The object of research is maternity. The work purpose is to define the sexrole factors of development of psychological readiness to maternity at the girl of teenage age. The methods: the analysis of the psychological literature, qaziexperimental and correlation researches, testing, expert estimation, interview, mathematic-statistical methods. The scientific novelty: the typology of readiness to maternity for the first time is revealed; the sexrole factors of formation of psychological readiness to maternity for the first time are determined; a level of maturity of each type of psychological readiness to maternity for the first time is determined; the features of gender functioning of the girl with different types of psychological readiness to maternity are specified; the further development was received by representations about influence of the family socialization factors on formation of psychological readiness to maternity. The practical value of research consists in updating a technique of definition of structural models of organization of sexrole space of the person (ACL-scale by A. В. Heilbrun), definition of its psychometric characteristics and creation of psychometric passport. The technique can be recommended to application in gender researches, by development of the programs of psychological development of parent sphere. The technique of diagnostics of sexrole model is applied in municipal establishment of protection of health "Kharkov urban maternity house № 6 ". The theoretical ideas and materials of research were used in study-pedagogical process of preparation of the psychologists at the Kharkov national university by V.N. Karazin.
