Essay

The genesis of an idea of peace in the form of international community united into the international organization of the League of Nations is traced. The author reveals national views of a new Organization at the Paris Peace Conference 1919-1920, as well as international legal approach to restoration of international legal order after WWI by means of Peace Treaties between Allied and Associated Powers and Germany.
