Kyslytsyna O. International labour migration under globalization conditions

The object: international labour migration. The purpose: deepening of theoretical positions concerning features of the international labour migration under globalization conditions, finding out tendencies of this process development and elaboration of practical recommendations on migratory policy of Ukraine improvement. The research methods: dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of theoretical generalization, induction and deduction, systematic analysis and synthesis, analogy, grouping and classification, modelling and abstraction, statistical, structural and comparative analysis, graphic and historical methods; the system approach, ideas of hierarchical development of economic systems. It is offered: the concept of migratory policy of Ukraine which is based on principles of flexibility, partnership, indemnifications, training, promptness, globality and adequacy, and is provided by improvement of legal bases of external labour migration governing; analytical estimations on definition of features of participation of Ukraine in the international migratory processes; identification of features of the EU migratory policy caused by globalization; characteristic of intraregional model of migratory processes of the CIS.
