Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of personal development of a teacher under "professional burnout". The author deals with the analysis of the conceptual approaches, interpretations and regularities of the phenomenon. It is stated there is a positive correlation between the criterion of personal development (adaptive potential of a teacher, nervous-psychic sustainability, coping behaviour) and the "professional burnout" in teachers. It is also found that there is a specific educational technology of facilitation for the development of a teacher under "professional burnout". The facilitation technology was experimentally tested and approved through the analysis of the dynamics of personal characteristics.
