Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the legal nature of the principles of European Union trade law, its sources and the mechanisms for their implementation. Author has conducted the historical and legal analysis of the creation and the transformation of the principles of the EU trade law based on their creation and reformation within the primary EU law instruments that laid down the foundation for basic EU trade law principles. The classification of such principles, which consists of the principles of the internal and the external EU trade principles has been developed.
