Essay

This dissertation is dated devoted to the psychological features of becoming a self-estimation of six-year first-graders. It is determined in such work, that attitudes changes of pupils are strongly defined by success of emotional experiences during mastering them by new socially main voles. This children's self-estimation has dynamical character. As a result of interaction of the teacher with pupils gradually occurs rapprochements of an estimation by the teacher of achievements of the schoolboy to his own representations. It's found out, that efficiency of overcoming by first-graders of adaptable difficulties are very strongly caused by a self-estimation, which focused on successes of training and help to realize his self as a subject. It's found out by experiences that important the psychological-pedagogical condition of formation of an effective self-estimation of six-year pupils this purposeful becoming, maintenance and development by the teacher in interaction with pupils of updating of a role level of contacts in which pedagogical relevant situations is replaced by personal one. The permanent seminar of improvement of pedagogical skills of teacher of an elementary school is developed and approved. This program provides occupations of formation of professional qualities of teacher operatively to solve pedagogical problems connected with motivations of pupils of elementary school in the overcoming of difficulties in mastering educational material and in their improvement oraly-communicative preparation.
