The research is devoted to the investigation problems of physical preparedness of primary pupils in the process of physical education on the principles of system approaches.The purpose of the research consists of improvement of efficiency of physical training of primary pupils aged 7-9 years old on the basis of the system use of facilities and methods of physical education and optimization of mobile activity for the increase of the level of psychophysical state. A research object is the system of physical education of primary pupils. The subject of this research is technology of approach of system approach to the increase of level of physical preparedness on the basis of taking in to consideration individual peculiarities and optimization of mobile activity.Efficiency of method of approach of the systems is first well-proven to development of physical qualities on the basis of optimization of motive activity; the normative evaluation tables of bodily condition of children of central area of Ukraine are offered, that represent approaches, made to order the European union on sport at UNESCO; The models of factor structure of physical preparedness of schoolchildren aged 7-9 years, old whose level of mobile activity; is different the complex of pedagogical terms (planning, organization, methods, facilities, control) conducting lessons of sports team games aimed at the increase of level of physical preparedness of junior children. On the basis of experimental information for the teachers of physical culture methodical recommendations "Methods of system approach is of the development of physical qualities of junior schoolchildren on the basis of optimization of mobile activity are developed ".
