Object - physical education vocational school students who study in "seamstress, tailor"; aim - develop a comprehensive program of use in physical education of girls 15-18 years of sewing industrial training and experimentally verify its effectiveness; methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific methodological literature, group teaching methods (teacher observation, teacher testing, analysis of documentary materials, teaching experiment), medico-biological methods, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - a comprehensive program designed to communicate in the physical education of girls 15-18 years of sewing industrial training, which provides the purpose, objectives and principles of its formation, theoretical, practical and methodical preparation, forms and methods of its implementation. Its main positive impact is a significant reduction of functional stress regulatory mechanisms of cardio-vascular system and improving the efficiency of the heart of girls 15-18 years, enrolled in "seamstress, tailor"; results - proven efficiency of the developed program that includes methods and means to improve health vocational school students. Proved that the success of physical education and improve the morphofunctional status of students is largely dependent on correct and timely assessment of indicators of physical health and functional state of the cardiovascular system and its reserves from the available research methods, which makes it possible to more precisely shape methodical work and use complex of physical education for adolescent adaptation to industrial activity.
