Object - the physical rehabilitation of patients with hemophilia with impaired functioning of the musculoskeletal system; aim - improving the physical rehabilitation of patients with hemophilia with combined knee joint contractures; methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical (teacher observation and pedagogical experiment), sociological (analysis of case histories, survey), medico-biological, psychological, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - for the first time it was developed and experimentally proved that physical rehabilitation program for patients with hemophilia, with combined contractures of the knee joint allows to improve mobility level of affected joints of lower limbs, reduce pain sensations, recover and improve the basic physical capacity; scientific knowledge about effectiveness of applying remedial exercises by hemophiliacs with affected musculoskeletal system was obtained; initial, subjectively comfortable positions for performing remedial exercises by persons with multiple lesions of musculoskeletal system; the scientific principles concerning positive effects of remedial exercises during restoration of active amplitude of movements in hemorrhage affected joints, results - first developed and practically implemented program of physical rehabilitation for those high school students and adolescents hemophilia patients with combined the knee joint contractures, which covers methods of using active and passive exercises without pain, isometric exercises and exercises to train muscle strength; balance and walking, improved and adapted methods postisometric relaxation of hemophilia patients with combined the knee joint contractures, used subjectively comfortable position for the weekend of therapeutic exercise to people with hemophilia; the results of the studies introduced in practice by specialists in physical rehabilitation, field - physical education and sport.
