Object - the effectiveness of the restoration of physiological properties and histochemical histomorfological changes in cornea of experimental animals, the effectiveness of different treatments on the basis clinical of manifestations in patients with bacterial diseases of cornea. Methods - clinical and physiological, experimental, bacteriological, histomorfolohigical, histochemical, statistics.
