Yena I. Strategy for external financing of economic development in Ukraine

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of forming and implementing the strategy for efficient external financing of the economy of Ukraine in conditions of global development. Theoretical principles of accumulation and redistribution of financial resources in modern economy have been highlighted, systemic nature of financial markets globalization have been found out, modern instruments of foreign financial borrowings have been identified. Comparative analysis of external financing sources form economy of Ukraine based on the quantitative and qualitative criteria have been carried out. They are foreign loans direct and portfolio investment, international aid. The competitive position of Ukraine as a borrower in the global financial market has been specified. Determinants of the effective use of external financial resources have been identified, their priority focus on structural and technological renewal of the economy of Ukraine has been grounder. Macroeconomic activities and econometric instruments of external financing sources have been suggested. The necessity of external debt management system in a permanent crisis conditions has been proved.
