Essay

Philosophic, psychological and pedagogic approaches toward identifying culture and cultural approach. Content and structure of preparing future music training teacher are outlined. Defining the content and specific traits of music teacher with cultural approach determined by their individual and psychological peculiarities resulted into discovering its potential in education and upbringing. Various aspects of setting up and running the activity under study at music college establishments in present day Ukraine are analyzed. There has been found out that the formation of culturological readiness as a personal formation and a main goal of culturological approach.
