Syngayivska A. Transformations of higher economic education in the context of transition to society of sustainable development

In this dissertation research the theoretical substantiation for philosophy of higher economic education based on humanistic principles is proposed with account taken of the present-day tendencies towards creating the necessary prerequisites for sustainable development of society. Conceptual foundations have been lain for the philosophy of higher education through complementary and convergent interaction of philosophy of education, economic science and higher economic education. The contents of the concept of sustainable development of society through the humanistic potential during social transformations have been exposed. Special attention has been drawn to the principal determinants of human activities in current conditions - social responsibility and increment of the creative component in labor.
