Petryshchenko L. Features of Actual Nutrition of Capable of Working Population, dwelling in Radioactively Contaminated Territories of Ukraine

The dissertation deals with theoretical generalization and new practical solution of scientific task in the field of hygiene and professional pathology concerning optimization of nutrition and prophylaxis of alimentary and alimentary dependent diseases in citizens, who suffered and live in territories, contaminated with radionuclide as a result Chernobyl accident. On the basis of the results of complex researches, a hygienic estimation is carried out on identification of features of actual nutrition of capable of working population, which suffered and dwells in radioactive contaminated territories as a result of Chernobyl accident under contemporary socio-economic conditions, food status of the examined persons is found, priority deficits and proficiency of macro- and micronutrients in the nutrition of the population, the consumption levels of basic groups of food products are analyzed, and food set for citizens who suffered and dwell in radioactive contaminated territories as a result of Chernobyl accident is improved and scientifically grounded with the purpose of more effective use of alimentary factor for prophylaxis of noninfectious alimentary depended diseases and prevention of illnesses of insufficient and surplus nutrition.
