Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of effective operations of internal grinding cylindrical surfaces of reducer parts . In this context, the further development of mathematical model determining the minimum main time of treatment taking into account to the limitation on the accuracy of the treated surface for various schemes of grinding in discrete and continuous time nature of the removal allowance has been shown in this work. It is proved that the discrete nature of the removal allowance the main time of treatment is always less and only with considerable multipass for grinding becomes comparable with the main time of treatment, which is achievable under the continuous nature of the removal allowance.
