Holyk O. Substantiation of the alternating administration of lipril and liprazid combined with triduktane MR and hypo-hypermagnitotherapy in patients with arterial hypertension

Object of the study - arterial hypertension (AH) of 1 and 2 stages, 1 & 2 degree. Purpose - to increase the efficiency of arterial hypertension of 1 and 2 stages, 1 & 2 degree treatment based on the evaluation of heart rate variability (HRV), haemostasis system, blood lipid profile, carotid arteries' intima-media thickness (IMT) and correction of the revealed disorders violations by means of lipril, liprazidum, triductan MR and magnetic field therapy administration. Methods - clinical, laboratory, instrumental and statistical. Results: clinical manifestations of autonomic disorders, the difference of the wave structure of the HRVdepending on the stage of disease, haemostasis disorders and latent thrombophilia, atherogenic dyslipidemia, significant TIM increase and the presence of atherosclerotic plaques (TIM exceeded 1.3 in 26.9% of patients) were registered in patients with hypertension of I and II stages (78% and 89% respectively), alternate application of lipril and liprazid in patients with hypertension leads to normalization of SAP and DAP in 94.8% of patients with I stage and 88.2% - II stage. Administration of trimetazidinum and magnetic field therapy in combination with hypotensive therapy promotes faster and more efficient reduce of blood pressure, elimination of sympathetic-parasympathetic imbalance and clinical manifestations of autonomic disorders, may significantly reduce the therapeutic dose of antihypertensive agents. The treatment contributed to definitive improvement of the HRV, reduce of the revealed disorders of haemostasis, blood lipid spectrum and reduce of IMT index (p <0.01). Novelty - for the first time it was proved that the functional state of regulatory mechanisms in patients with hypertension of I and II stages is characterized by deregulation of central and autonomic effects, which is associated with the degree and severity of hypertension, it was discovered that rate of increase in platelet aggregation ability, general fibrinogen, antithrombin III level changes and plasma fibrinolytic activity in patients with hypertension depends on the stage and extent of the disease; it was confirmed that the feasibility of application of alternating of lipril and liprazid every other day by the proposed methodology based on the approved clinical efficacy, it was revealed that complex treatment of patients with AH of I and II stages with trimetazidinum and hypo-hypermagnetic field therapy improves lipid parameters blood profile, IM thickness, vascular haemostasis system, reduce the severity of autonomic disorders.
