Petrenko N. Formation of professional-ethical competence of the future border guard officers in the course of training in speciality

The thesis is devoted to the research of a problem of formation of professional-ethical competence of the future border guard officers in the course of professional training. The essence, peculiarities of the content and structure of this competence has been found out from cadets. This competence consists of motivational, substantial, personal, operational and reflective components. The criteria and indices of the specified notion have been defined, its levels have been characterized and the state of professional-ethical competence of the future border guard officers formation has been found out. Also pedagogical conditions of formation of the specified competence of the future border guard officers have been grounded and checked experimentally in the course of training in speciality, and that allowed to develop methodological recommendations for the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Higher Military Educational Establishment.
