Dissertation is devoted to the studying problem of personality determinants development of future psychologists' communicative competence. The content of the concept of psychologist's professional communicative competence, and structural components (cognitive, emotional, behavioral) are clarified. The criteria and the levels (high, medium and low) of students-psychologists' communicative competence formation are pointed out. It is revealed that personality determinants (self-control and self-regulation in communication, the desire for constant self-understanding and professional development, humanistic orientation of personality, advanced reflection and empathy, emotional sensitivity, tolerance, openness, kindness, sociability, awareness, lack of aggressive position, low level of conflict and anxiety) lead to the high level of communicative competence formation and professional communication successfulness. The model is developed and the characteristics for development levels of students-psychologists' communicative competence are described.
