Yaremkevych R. Optimization of diagnostics and complex surgical treatment of diabetic foot syndrome.

Object - diabetic foot syndrome (DFS); a purpose is an improvement of results of treatment of patients with DFS on the basis of determination of clinical, neurotrophic and pathomorphologycal features of development and flow of suppurative-septic lesions (SSL) of foot and development of the differentiated going near their surgical holiatry; methods – clinical, laboratory, instrumental, bacteriological, special clinical, laboratory-biochemical, instrumental, pathomorphologycal, statistical; results – main epidemiology descriptions of DFS and their influence are found out on the consequences of quarantinable treatment; the basic clinical, neurotrophic and pathomorphologycal features of development of SSL are certain at the different variants of DFS in the context of choice of tactic of surgical treatment of DFS; the structure of primary festering-necrotizing hearths is found out at DFS, degree of defeat of structural elements of foot, placed in the area of primary hearth, anatomic pre-conditions and directions of distribution of SSL, dynamics of loci morbi in a postoperational period; the zonality of defeat of fabrics of foot is first ratified, inherent DFS, phenomenon of “unobvious necrosises” as субстрат of obligatory surgical elimination, conformity to law of a stage development of pathomorphologycal changes at DFS; the radical special methods of surgical treatment prognostic of unfavorable nosology forms of DFS are first developed; developed recommendation to early diagnostics and differentiated surgical treatment of SDS and their clinical efficiency is appraised; branch – medicine.
