This thesis is dedicated to the research of the actual problem of preparing of preschoolers, which cerebral palsy for skills mastering/ the structure of precondition, which are the basis for preparing for writing skills mastering, is represendet in the thesis.This structure is bases on the contenporary scinentific views to the writing skills basis determinstion and analysis of precondition components level of development according to the realizing of writing as complicated kind of aktivity. the peculiarities of precondition developmenof preschoolers with cerebral palsi are determined. Their mechanisms are analized and the prognosis of written speech difficulties appearance in primari school period of studyng is rated. The steb-by-steb methodical system of differentes, psychological structure of different kinds of written activity and also compensation abilities which allow using bypasses of teaching on the supraminale level of activity organisation. Effectiveness of mentiond methodical sistem is provided by takig into account mechanisms of disabilites which were system is provided by taking into account mechanisms of desabilities which were detected, components of preconditions development and improvement, on a basis of safe analyser system with gradual attraction of all actual for writing skills mastering analised, by their integrative activity, methodikal system variantes, the autor's computer program.
