The research made a comprehensive analysis of blogs as media of a new generation. Presented by the number of features that prove the ownership of electronic diaries to the media. Fragments found traits that identify blogs not only with the media, but the adverse communication media. Opened as a function of blog media. Discovered and described a theoretical model of blog presented its main constituent parts. Also we describe detailed definition of amateur media downloads, their refinement and systematization.
