Gusak O. Pedagogical Technology of Creating the Situations of Success for the Prospective Teacher in Professional Training

Object - the process of professional training of prospective teachers in higher pedagogical educational institutions; the aim - to find out the influence of scientifically substantiated pedagogical technology of creating the situations of success for prospective teachers on the efficiency of their professional training; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the dissertation has been the first one to provide a theoretical substantiation and present an experimental check of the pedagogical technology of creating the situations of success for prospective teachers; the essence of the notion "the situation of success" has been specified and is understood as a situation purposefully and intentionally created by the teacher and the one which allows a student to achieve the best possible results in his/her studies in the process of professional training of prospective teachers; the pedagogical technologies for professional training of prospective teachers have been analysed; results - the dissertation provides the results of the experimental check of the investigated pedagogical technology of creating the situations of success of prospective teachers in the process of professional training which allows for its usage in the teaching practice of higher educational institutions. The theoretical ideas and practical recommendations presented in the dissertation are recommended for consideration in the process of preparing lectures and practical seminars on pedagogy, foundations of pedagogical proficiency, professional disciplines at higher educational institutions of iii-iv levels of accreditation; field - pedagogy
