Vdovichenko Y. Development of international business in the context of trends in corporate global economy

The object of research is to develop international business in the corporatization of the world economy. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of international business development and scientific and practical recommendations for improving international business activities in the context of corporatization world economic development. Methods: the method of historical and logical analysis, the structural method and the method of statistical analysis, system analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, economic and mathematical methods and comparative analysis method for a systematic approach, etc. Theoretical results: consist of deepening the existing theoretical and methodological bases and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for international business development in the face of increasing trends of corporatization of the world economy. Practical results: consist in the fact that our results will contribute to the development of approaches to improve international business development with regard to the effects of corporatization of the world economy. Scientific novelty: for the first time: an institutional mechanism designed strategically oriented management of the international company; improved: the definition of "international business development", scientific and methodological basis for evaluating the quality of corporate governance in international business through the development of evaluation criteria, were further developed: the stages defined by the formation of an international companies through consolidation, a model of corporatization of enterprises in the context of international economic consolidation, defines the principles of consolidation of international corporations, conducted a classification of historical periods of formation of international corporations, developed a generalized scheme for classifying business strategies of multinational corporations.
