Object of research - the process of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex; Subject of research - structural model of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex for the conflicts prevention in the managerial activity; Objective of research - to ground theoretically, to work out and experimentally check the structural model of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex for the conflicts prevention in the managerial activity, and also to develop the proper methods of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex for the conflicts prevention in the managerial activity; methods - theoreticals, empiricals, statistic; scientific novelty of the findings for the first time the empirical experience was summarized and systematized in complex on the basis of the theoretical statements, scientific and pedagogical fundamentals of the conflicts prevention in the managerial activity taken account of the specific character of the field of the agrarian and industrial complex and its influence on the rising of the conflicts in the managerial activity of the prospective agricultural managers were discovered; the level of the development of the problem of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex were discovered; the structural model and methods of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex for the conflicts prevention in the managerial activity were theoretically grounded and experimentally checked and brought into the training process of the higher agrarian institutions; the criteria, indices and levels of formation of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex for their prevention were distinguished; the essence and definition of the terms "conflict in managerial activity", "managerial activity", "conflicts prevention in managerial activity", "conflictological literacy", "conflictological competence", "conflictological culture" taken account of the specific character of the field of the agrarian and industrial complex were specified; the means, forms, methods and technology of the prospective managers training in the field of the agrarian and industrial complex for the conflicts prevention in the managerial activity directed at increase of the level of training for the conflicts prevention in managerial activity were obtained for the further development and application.
