Work is sanctified to the scientific ground of ways of perfection of social, organizational and legal bases of development of sphere of physical culture and sport in Republic of Lebanon taking into account modern requirements. The analysis of social environment in the conditions of which development of physical culture and sport is carried out in the country. Educed and described aggregate of factors of social environment, which render both positive and negative influence on forming of social, organizational and legal bases of development of sphere of physical culture and sport in Republic of Lebanon in modern terms. The conducted analysis allowed to formulate conception of perfection of social, organizational and legal bases of development of sphere of physical culture and sport in Republic of Lebanon.
