Dissertation is devoted to researching of the questions of the development of health saving motivation of the leadership personnel of the organs of internal affairs. Particular attention is paid to finding and developing criteria of health saving motivation of the leaders of the organs of internal affairs, to the optimal combination of methods of diagnostics of the leaders of the Interior, to foundation of the program of the development of the health saving motivation of the leaders of organs of internal affairs and to the determination of the psychological effectiveness of the foundational program of the improvement of the health saving activities of the leaders of the Interior in relation to development of the health saving motivation.
