The dissertation's investigation is devoted to the problem of opportunity to using of distilled grain аs organic fertilizer for fish productivity increasing of fish-breeding ponds, studying the hydro-chemical and the hydro biological regimes of ponds and the influence of growing terms on the biological indexes of age-0-fish carps. The result of the fishery and biological researches, which gave the opportunity to growing of carp age-0-fish with the body mass which considerably exceeding operating standards were shown.
