Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of actual scientific and technical task of parameters grounding, which determine formation of flotation complex during coal flotation. It was found that the time of flotation complex existence is defined from the corner of meeting of coal particle and air bubble, and also from properties of phase's section surface. This fact allowed to defining the optimum combination of reagents for successful coal flotation. The scientific value of this work consists of opening the influence of meeting corner of particle and bubble and rational viscidity of adsorption layers on the surface of phase's section determination. That provides the decline of rate of particle movement in relation to a bubble, increase the time of particle and bubble contact and flotation complex existence even at the critical corner of meeting of elements by application of computer design and physical flotation experiments. Results of this thesis were inculcated on MPP "Komsomolskaja". The industrial tests confirmed efficiency of the developed mode. The expected economic effect makes a 20 thousand of UAH.
