Essay

The object of research is the process of handling of low-contrast, blured images of blood micro-capillary of upper and lower human limbs. The objective is to improve efficience of processing low-contrast, blured images by developing new methods and building f system on that basis of indicators to assess micro-capillary of human limbs. To achieve this goal used the following methods: the mathematical apparatus of the theory of signals, digital presentation and image enhancement is to develop mathematical models of noise suppression, sharpening and edge, methods of spatial processing of images to develop new approaches to sharpen and use them in the detector circuit low-contrast images; mathematical modeling using modern computer technology. The novelty is that first developed a method of sharpening to a maximum slope of the edge curve does not form the "grain" on the image by amplifying high-frequency component and thus makes it possible to obtain changes in the intensity of a width of one pixel, improved methods of suppressing impulsive noise more effectively in compared with existing suppresses noise by splitting moving window into sectors, improved edge detection method, which is based on finding common points and the input image with enhanced sharpness to maximum slope of the edge curve allowed to get thin continuous contours of images of objects without gaps and unnecessary fragments and calculate the width of the image of micro-capillary with subpixel discretization. The practical value lies in the fact that solved the problem of improving the efficiency of processing low-contrast blured images due to the development of detector sharpen to a maximum slope of the edge curve of micro-capillary images, software filter impulse noise detector circuits micro-capillary and determination of their geometrical parameters with subpixel discreteness. Combining them into a system of processing low-contrast images for evaluating performance micro-capillary human limbs can more effectively assess the necessary diagnostic indicators. The degree of implementation - the results are implemented in the Vinnitsa National Medical University NI Pirogov, Vinnitsa Medical Center treatment of the spine, Vinnytsia National Technical University, Department of Electronics within the teaching process.
