Liaskovets G. Trans Formation of International Financial services is in the Conditions of Recurrence of World Economic Development

The object of this study is the transformation of international financial services in a cyclical world economic development. The study aims to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of research cycling world economic development and the development of scientific and practical recommendations on the transformation of international financial services market in crisis. Methods: dialectic method of learning, a method of historical analysis, the method of logical analysis, the method of economic and statistical analysis, the method of economic-mathematical modeling, analysis and synthesis method of forecasting. Theoretical results: is to deepen existing theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of international financial services market and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of the national market for financial services at the present stage of cyclical development of world economy. Practical results: lies in the fact that the main provisions of the thesis will contribute to the development of approaches to the formation mechanism of the transformation of international financial services tailored to the laws of cycling world economic development. Scientific novelty: for the first time: a two-tiered approach to the transformation of the financial services market of Ukraine in world economic conditions, cyclical development; improved: conceptual and categorical apparatus for studying the global financial services market, the theoretical fundamentals of research cycling world economic development, organizational and economic foundation of the world market; were further development: the theoretical foundations of financial services research. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Donetsk Regional State Administration, Department of Financial Management of Kherson Regional State Administration, Donetsk Regional Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Kherson Regional Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine; Promeconombank, as well as used in the learning process in Donetsk National University.
