Essay

The object of research is the development of the world fertilizer market in today's global economic crisis. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological bases and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for optimizing the development of the world fertilizer market amid the global economic crisis. Methods: dialectic method of learning, methods of theoretical synthesis, analysis and synthesis method of statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, forecasting method, and others. Theoretical results: is to deepen the theoretical and methodological foundations of studies of industrial organization and development of scientific and methodological support to identify prospects of the market of mineral fertilizers in the global economic crisis. Practical results: lies in the fact that these scientific findings have scientific and practical importance and can be used in the process of improving the development of the global fertilizer market and the participation of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: for the first time: a block diagram of causal relationships in agricultural production and the production of mineral fertilizers, improved: a simulation model of agricultural production taking into account the impact of the activity of the chemical industry and the need for environmental compliance, reasonably presence of multilevel nature of the oscillations in the global economic system, have been developed: a block diagram of the global economy, we define the global (world) economy, defined the characteristics of modern economic cycles. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practical activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship, General Directorate for Regional Development, investment and foreign economic relations of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, State Administration of Environmental Protection in the Donetsk Region, Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, the Regional Branch of the National Institute for Strategic Studies in Donetsk, JSC "Concern "Stirol", as well as in the learning process of Donetsk National University.
