The purpose of work is an increase of efficiency of measures of prevention and treatment of precancerous diseases of the uterine cervix at pregnant by the improvement of diagnostics, application of the scientifically grounded pre-conception preparation and tactic of conduct of gestational process. The most ponder able factors of influence of external and internal environment on the origin of displasy of epithelium of neck of uterus the pregnant are base-line inflammatory, non inflammatory, precancerous diseases of the uterine cervix, presence of sexual partners of high risk, infections which are passed a sexual way, human papilloma virus, abortions, applications of hormonal contraceptives and hormonal preparations during pregnancy of mother of woman, harmful habits (smoking), irregular unbalanced feed, disease of gasric-intestinal highway and hepato-biliary system, hypovitaminosis of folic acid, decline of activity of methyl enetetrahydro-folatereductase in investigation of polymorfism gene for 677T alel. The developed and offered method of diagnostics, therapy, prophylaxis have determination of maintenance of folic acid, presence of polymorfism gene of methylenetetrahydrofolatereductase, study of microbiocenosis of vagina, endo-cervical determination of DNA of human papilloma virus, genital herpes simplex virus, cytomegalovirus, provided of preconcetual preparation and individualized correction of metabolic processes. Efficiency of the offered algorithm promoted the decline of frequency of displasy of the uterine cervix of slight and moderate degree for pregnant of basic group in 2,0 and 2,2 times accordingly in comparing to standard therapy with absence of relapses for pregnant of comparison group.
